A small city on the Deschutes River, Bend Oregon is located near the Cascade Mountains, where you can hike, ski, or bike. You can also visit Pilot Butte, an extinct volcano. The High Desert Museum displays the local environment, and Newberry National Volcanic Monument offers stairs to explore Lava River Cave. There are many things to do in Bend, but there are several attractions that will make your trip memorable.

Crystal Lake is crystal clear and the campground is within walking distance of restaurants and food trucks. The host of the site provides fresh organic chicken eggs for guests. The Hummingbird Cottage is a craftsman-style blue bungalow that boasts claw-tooth bathtubs and views of the Cascade Mountains.
