Located in Franklin County, Ohio and extending into Licking County, the city of New Albany is a beautiful city that stretches 15 miles northeast of Columbus. In 2010, the estimated population of the city was 7,724 and is expected to grow to a population of 10,933 by the year 2019. The most recent census indicates that the city has a healthy economic outlook. The median household income is $56,317, which makes it one of the top places to live in the state.

The city of New Albany is home to the state capital, Troy Balderson. More than 350 women, including two presidents, run nonprofits and community outreach programs in the area. While homes in New Albany are priced from the low hundreds of thousands to the high five-figure range, the city has a strong economy and numerous local and regional nonprofits that benefit the community.
