Located in Sweetwater County, Wyoming, the town of Rock Springs is the fifth-most populous city in Wyoming. In addition to the traditional population of Americans, people from other countries are moving to Rock Springs for the economic opportunities that are offered there. Many are seeking a new life and home to provide for their families, who live in neighboring countries. Hispanic immigrants comprise about 16 percent of the population, mostly from Mexico. The city is home to many Hispanic businesses, catering to the needs of the Hispanic community. This means that many people in Rock Springs speak Spanish.
