If you’re interested in learning more about the famous American folk singer Woody Guthrie, Tulsa’s Woody Guthrie Center is a must-see. Tulsa has plenty to offer visitors, and the city’s many parks and museums are perfect for enjoying the weather.

The center is part of Mohawk Park, the country’s largest municipal park. It includes a 600-foot boardwalk, an observation tower, and plenty of picnic spots. Located in the historic Black Greenwood district, it features bronze statues that depict people of the 1921 Tulsa Race Massacre. You can also stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Tulsa Midtown, which has quick access to the highway. It’s 15 minutes from Tulsa International Airport. If you’re traveling with a group, consider these midrange hotels.
