For a more upscale experience, visit the Fort Davis National Historic Site. In the summer, be sure to visit the zoo to learn more about the history of the area.

When it comes to dining, Fort Davis has plenty to offer. You can try the local cuisine at a local hotel, or try fine dining at Blue Mountain Bistro, which has been serving sodas since 1913. A visit to the historic district of Fort Davies is sure to make your vacation a memorable one. The downtown area is home to the most historic buildings in Texas, including the landmark adobe buildings. This is a great place to enjoy some good food and drink.
