The city of Waterville, Maine is a small town that is located in Kennebec County, Maine. As of the 2010 census, the population was 15,722 and is expected to increase to 16,558 in 2019. The city is home to the University of Southern Maine, Thomas College, and Colby College. There are many things to do in Waterville and its surrounding area. Here are some of the best things to do in Waterville.

The city has a Mayor and Council-Manager form of government. There is a seven-member city council that oversees the city’s affairs. The city is also home to the Fox affiliate WPFO and Daystar rebroadcaster WFYW-LP. The Waterville city manager oversees all aspects of the City. Aside from the City Council, the Waterville Public Library also has several radio stations. It is located approximately 69 miles east of Portland and 167 miles north of Boston.

The downtown area of Waterville is the main location for dining in the city. There are several restaurants, including Italian, Chinese, and American style diners. However, there are many other places to dine, such as Tim Horton’s and Tim’s. Fast food outlets can be found on Interstate 95 and Route 126 in the city. If you don’t feel like cooking, there are plenty of places to eat in Waterville. You’ll be able to find a great meal and enjoy the Maine countryside.

The town of Waterville is an eclectic place to visit. The Colby College Museum of Art is a must-see if you’re in the area. The museum is free to visit and features almost 8,000 pieces of art. This small town on the banks of the Kennebec River is an educational and cultural center. In fact, two private colleges grew up in Waterville. Its population is only 14.7% older, and 29.7% of its people are under the age of 18.

In the city center, the Waterville Opera House offers a variety of entertainment options. You can check out the Waterville Historical Society Museum and visit Lake Saint George State Park, which has camping facilities. At the park, you can relax and swim at the lake, or visit the Colby College Museum of Art to view paintings and other works of art. The town also hosts a festival for films, and is home to the Maine International Film Festival.

There are many places to visit in Waterville, Maine. You can check out the museum of art at Colby College. There are many art displays dating back to the early 18th century. In Waterville, you can visit the Redington Museum and learn about the town’s history. The historic society’s historical center houses the Lockwood Cotton Mill, which was founded by Mickey Marden and named after his chief. The museum is located on the Colby College campus, and offers a number of other activities.
