Located in southern Maine, Kennebunkport is a charming coastal town. The beach towns of Goose Rocks and Arundel are popular with tourists. Other attractions in the area include the Seashore Trolley Museum, a collection of vintage streetcars. You can also visit St. Ann’s Episcopal Church, which dates back to 1887. The Goat Island Lighthouse sits in the harbor of the lobster fishing town of Cape Porpoise.

The village of Beachwood was once a post office, which was still called Beachwood until the 1930s. President George H.W. Bush had a summer home on Walker’s Island, and later visited Kennebunkport during his presidency. Charles Bradbury, the town’s historian, wrote a history of the area.
