There are plenty of opportunities for family fun, including hiking, bicycling, and other outdoor activities. In addition, the area is home to some fantastic wineries. This article will provide you with an overview of the main attractions in the town.

The first place you should check out in Manzanita, Oregon, is the Oswald West State Park. The park offers fantastic views of the Pacific Ocean, and you can even hike a mile round trip. For more views of the ocean, head to Ecola State Park, a half-hour drive away. Here, you’ll find spectacular views of the Pacific Ocean, including migrating whales. If you’d like to experience the beauty of nature close up, you can check out the many cliff-top trails.

For adventure-loving couples, there’s a variety of things to do in Manzanita. The beaches are dog-friendly and walkable. There’s plenty to do here, from watching the sunset to catching a wave. Whether you’d prefer a more luxurious experience, the town is sure to provide you with a unique experience. If you’re planning a wedding in this idyllic setting, you’ll find everything you need to make your big day unforgettable.

If you’re a hiker, you’ll want to check out the Neahkahnie Mountain. While the North side trail has been closed since a massive tree was recently blown down, the South Trail has remained open. This trail is less than 3 miles long and features sweeping views of the Nehalem Bay and ocean. The hike requires a steady effort and elevation gain – 900 feet in less than three miles.

If you’re looking for a scenic beach, consider visiting Hug Point, a beautiful little beach that has a waterfall and well-preserved horse-and-buggy tracks. Pioneers named the area Hug Point because they had to hug it closely when traveling around the headland. Just be sure to pay attention to the tides if you plan on visiting this area. If you plan to visit Manzanita, you’ll be pleasantly surprised by its incredible sunsets.

For something more relaxing, try a day at the state park, which includes Oswald West State Park. This 2,500-acre preserve is on four miles of oceanfront. It’s a great place for contemplation and regenerative power, and is a fascinating link in Oregon legislative history. Many tourists find it fascinating to explore the park. The city offers many state parks, so you’re sure to find one that you’ll love.
