Visitors to Callaway Gardens will love the variety of accommodations available, including cottages, upscale homes, and luxury hotel rooms. There are three different lodging options available at the resort: the Lodge and Spa, The Cottages, and the Villas. Each one offers a unique style and space, while the Villas feature a full kitchen and fireplace. While the resort has several restaurants, you may also want to bring food and drinks to enjoy outside. There are pavilions throughout the park where you can relax and enjoy the beautiful scenery.

In addition to the Nature Center, the Discovery Center features giant maps and photo murals to give you an overview of the park’s attractions. The garden is open for visitors of all ages. It was originally a conservation area, but has evolved into one of the premier resorts in the Southeast. From its beautiful floral displays to its 14,000 acres of natural woodlands, the Garden is a must-see for a day or a week. Once you’ve had your fill of the gardens, head to the museums and galleries to experience the world-famous live music.

Whether you’re looking for a family-friendly destination or a romantic retreat, a day at the Garden is sure to be a delightful adventure. The resort is a popular destination for couples, and its signature events include the Masters Water Ski and Wakeboard Tournament, the Labor Day Weekend Hot Air Balloon Festival, and the Steeplechase. Located approximately one hour from Atlanta’s Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport, the garden is easily accessible for both business and leisure travelers.
