North Central Texas’s Fort Worth is a beautiful, cosmopolitan city. Its location at the end of the Chisholm Trail made it a key trading post for cowboys in the late 19th century. Today, the city is home to many attractions, including the National Cowgirl Museum and Hall of Fame. The Stockyards are known for rodeos, and the museum honors pioneers who helped make Texas what it is today.

Originally named the Fort Worth Star, the Fort-Worth Star-Telegram continues to dominate the western side of the Dallas-Fortworth metroplex, while Dallas Morning News is dominant on the eastern side. With a daily circulation of 210,900 and a Sunday circulation of 304,200, the Star-Telegram is the largest daily newspaper in the state of Texas.

The city is well-known for its diversity. A large Hispanic, Black, and Asian communities reside in Fort Worth. There are many ethnic and religious communities in the city, and Fortworth has a thriving multicultural community. People of all backgrounds can feel welcome and at home in the city.
