15 Typical Gifts from Panama City Beach Florida

June 2, 2022 | More: Panama City Beach Florida| Souvenirs

If you’re looking for a tropical paradise with plenty of things to do, consider Panama City Beach Florida. The city has a population of about 20,000 people, and its sugar-white sand beach is its most famous asset. This town even has a slogan for it: “World’s Most Beautiful Beach.”

You can dine on fresh seafood at one of the area’s many restaurants. One of the best-known restaurants is Sharky’s Keys Platter. The famous Keys Platter is prepared fresh daily and will leave you feeling full and happy. You can also visit the nearby cat sanctuary, where cats are allowed to roam free. In addition to great seafood, Panama City Beach has some of the best nightlife in Florida.

Pier Park offers a wide variety of shopping options. Coastal designs and beach-chic accents are featured in Pier Park. You can also take a ride on the Skywheel, which soars 200 feet above the beach. You can browse a variety of souvenir shops while you’re there, but it’s best to go early in the day to avoid crowds. If you’re staying in an oceanfront hotel, try to stay at the Hotel Beach Resort.

Wine lovers will love the town’s winery. A family-owned business, the winery specializes in fruit wines, and is the only one in the country registered to produce citrus wine. Its wines are made from 100 percent real fruit, with no added sugar. The award-winning blackberry wine is an excellent example, with four pounds of berries per bottle! You can sample the wine free of charge, and there are samples available for sale. The Key Lime Wine is especially popular, and has even won awards.

There are several other attractions to see while in Panama City Beach. The Black Bart is the most famous, and named after a Navy Salvage Supervisor in Panama City. The Black Bart sits upright in 45-75 feet of water. While you’re on your dive, you’ll see several other wrecks and massive bridge spans. These structures provide shelter for marine life, and make excellent subjects for underwater photography. It’s worth a visit to this site.

Fire-lovers should not miss the opportunity to spend an evening playing beach volleyball or swimming with dolphins. The sunsets in Panama City Beach are arguably some of the most colorful in the country, and you won’t want to miss them. To keep your family and friends safe while you’re visiting Panama City Beach, consider renting a drone and capturing the sights. In fact, you’ll be glad you did. There’s no better place to spend your vacation than this!

Aside from the turquoise waters and white sand, Panama City Beach is home to some of the nation’s largest nightclubs. The city’s popular nightclubs are home to world-class DJs, and there are many other places to enjoy live music, and order oversized daiquiris while listening to live music. The city is a definite must-visit destination for spring break and other vacations.
