Gig Harbor is a city and bay on the shore of Puget Sound, Washington. As of the 2020 Census, the population of Gig Harbor was 12,026, compared to 7,126 in 2010. This waterfront town is home to a variety of businesses and organizations. Located in Pierce County, a number of industries make Gig Harbour their home. Whether you’re looking for a relaxing day at the beach or a more active lifestyle, Gig Harbor has something for everyone.

A short walk from downtown Gig Harbor, you’ll find the Harbor History Museum. The exhibits highlight the rich local heritage, and there’s even a movie theater and video kiosks to keep you entertained. If you’re looking for something to do with the kids, check out the Gig Harbour Park, which has a variety of play structures and a large grass field for events. There’s also a sand volleyball court, a basketball area, and a play structure.
