For lunch and dinner, you can dine at Prindy&#8217;s Place and Carbon County Steakhouse. The Red Lodge Pizza Company is another popular place to get a slice of local pizza. Whether you want to dine in the rustic Red Lodge Hotel or in a hip, urban environment, the area offers great dining and fun.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you&#8217;re looking for adventure, head out of the town and into the wilderness. Wild Bill Lake is a popular hiking trail with trout. The Beartooth Scenic Highway is 69 miles of single-lane highway that winds through a wide variety of landscapes. Visiting the National Park requires that you drive this road. Alternatively, head north to Yellowstone National Park and experience the wildlife of the region on your way.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If history is your thing, don&#8217;t miss the Carbon County Museum. If you&#8217;re a history buff, be sure to check out the museum&#8217;s exhibits on the infamous colonial-era rancher Jeremiah &#8220;Liver-Eating&#8221; Johnson. The museum is also listed on the National Register of Historic Places. While it&#8217;s free to visit, it&#8217;s recommended that you allow 3-4 hours to view the exhibits.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Another interesting attraction in Red Lodge is the Wildlife Sanctuary. A trip to the sanctuary offers the opportunity to interact with wildlife up close. There are guided tours, wildlife podcasts, and summer camps available. A visit to the Yellowstone Preservation Trust is also a fun way to experience history. The collection features vehicles dating back to the early 1900s. This is a must-see attraction for any history buff. You can even take a trip to the old fire lookout to see the wildlife for yourself!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A day at the Red Lodge Mountain Golf Course will keep you fit and motivated for the next round.
