The most popular way to see the city is by hiking. You can take the scenic trails for about 3 miles. You can also hike up the steep mountain if you&#8217;re adventurous. It&#8217;s important to check the weather and trail conditions when you&#8217;re planning a hike, since they can change quickly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For hiking, Juneau has two popular trails. The waterfront offers two short loops with spectacular views of downtown Juneau and Douglas Island.
