The city&#8217;s economic climate has helped to make it one of the best places to live in the United States.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Visitors to Crescent City can enjoy a few things. If you have a child, he or she may enjoy the Jedediah Smith Redwoods State Park. This park is managed by the National and State Park systems, and features massive redwood trees that are more than 2,000 years old and can reach a height of 300 feet. Some of them even have a 20-foot-wide trunk. Getting to the park is free and easy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A popular attraction in Crescent City is the Crescent Harbor Brewery. The beer-tasting restaurant offers elevated pub grub, which is delicious and healthy. The brewpub is a popular destination for locals, but you can also visit other places with live music or other events. When you&#8217;re ready for some art, head to the Beach Front Park. You&#8217;ll find a playground for kids and a Disc Golf course there.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For those looking for an adventure, Crescent City has many outdoor options. You can go rafting or kayaking in Cooper Canyon, or you can take a bike ride through old-growth redwoods. Regardless of the activity, you&#8217;ll likely find a place to rent equipment for a day on the water. Hiking trails are also plentiful, and if you&#8217;re a sports fan, Crescent City&#8217;s many trails and parks are perfect for an active vacation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Another popular attraction is the Crescent Trail Rides. Visitors can take horseback riding lessons from October to April at this horseback riding facility. Guests can either bring their own horse, or hire a guide to teach them. If you&#8217;re a beginner, the company horses will help you learn basic horsemanship and etiquette. If you&#8217;re a little more adventurous, you can ride your own horse! Depending on where you go, you can also bring your own horse to the Crescent Trail Rides.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For those who love the outdoors, Crescent City has a lot to offer. Whether you want to spend the day hiking in the redwoods or exploring the city&#8217;s scenic waterfront, the Crescent City Chamber of Commerce &amp; Visitor Bureau is an excellent place to start. They provide information on trails, hiking trails, and other activities in the area.
