The Bombay Hook National Wildlife Refuge is another popular location for wildlife viewing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dover has a mild climate with temperatures ranging from 35.2 degrees Fahrenheit in January to 77 degrees in July. The city enjoys 2300 hours of sunshine a year, which means there is always plenty of sunshine for outdoor activities. There are also many things to do in Dover, including shopping, dining, and museums. While you&#8217;re here, you can visit the Delaware State Museum Buildings and the Caesar Rodney Cenotaph.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dover is home to the Delaware State University, a historically black university. Dover was once home to Wesley College, which is now part of Delaware State University&#8217;s Downtown campus. There is also the Campus Community School on the grounds of the former Wesley College. The Terry Campus of Delaware Technical Community Center is the city&#8217;s administrative offices. The Wilmington University of the Delmarva are satellites of the Dover campus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Dover State Museum is another important attraction. It houses historical artifacts from the city&#8217;s history and is a great place to explore the city&#8217;s past. The Delaware Supreme Court is located here, as is the historic Kent County Courthouse. If you&#8217;re planning on going to the racetrack, don&#8217;t forget to book a ticket to the Dover International Raceway. The city is located in the center of the state, in Kent County, and is located between Wilmington and Rehoboth Beach. Dover has a number of historical and recreational sites, as well as a thriving arts and culture scene. You can even visit Caesar Rodney&#8217;s grave outside of Dover to learn more about the history of the town.
