Roseburg is a city in Oregon, United States. It is the county seat and most populous city in Douglas County. Founded in 1851, Roseburg is the oldest city in Oregon. As of the 2020 census, the population of Roseburg was 23,683 people, making it the third-most populous city in Oregon. Roseburg is part of the Roseburg, Oregon Micropolitan Statistical Area. Located along the Umpqua River, Roseburg is known for its abundant wineries and agricultural industry.

The city has several parks to enjoy. Stewart Park features a 236-acre regional park. It is home to Roseburg American Legion Baseball, Umpqua Valley Tennis, and Stewart Park Golf Course. It also hosts concerts and events like Movies in the Park and Music on the Halfshell. Other park features include a butterfly garden, concrete skate park, and antique steam locomotive.
