Downtown Manchester is filled with art, history, and culture. In addition to the numerous shops and restaurants, Manchester has a diverse culinary scene, including the famous Stark Brewing Company. A great way to spend an afternoon in Manchester is with a scavenger hunt, which includes 120 items and can be completed in as little as two hours.

For culture buffs, the Currier Museum of Art is a must-see. Originally the Currier Gallery of Art, this museum was founded by Hannah Currier, the wife of a state governor in the 1800s. The museum includes several exhibitions and includes the Zimmerman House, a Frank Lloyd Wright-designed house. The arena was recently renamed as SNHU Arena, named after the local university, Southern New Hampshire University.
